Supporting equipment bring-in and process validation (MSA, verification)
Ensuring manufacturability and coordinating with production/quality
Minimal CAD work; designs are already released
Qualification
Required
3–4 years of experience minimum in medical device or other regulated industries (automotive acceptable)
Strong understanding of validation, MSAs, and design for manufacturability
Experience in process or project engineering, ideally within Stryker systems or similar regulated environments
Technical aptitude and proactive problem-solving are key
Strong communicator and collaborative team player
Proactive, can anticipate issues ahead of time
Comfortable working cross-functionally with global teams
Ability to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding
Preferred
Exposure to NPI, process transfers, or manufacturing engineering
Familiarity with MiniTab, Microsoft tools, or statistical methods beneficial
