Business Development Representative - Tampa Hybrid
Bolt On Technology is the leader in customer engagement and loyalty software for the automotive repair and maintenance industry. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to find and develop prospective new business customers while working closely with a Sales Consultant to win these new customers.

Responsibilities
Execute high-volume outbound calling (cold and warm) to prospective customers daily
Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly call activity targets
Engage decision-makers, uncover pain points, and clearly articulate our value proposition
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales-ready meetings
Accurately log all activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
Collaborate closely with Sales Consultants to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
Continuously refine talk tracks, objection handling, and call strategies through coaching and feedback
Qualification
Required
Prior success in making 100+ outbound calls per day
Strong verbal communication skills and phone presence
Resilient, coachable, and motivated by goals and metrics
Ability to stay focused and productive in a high-activity role
Ability to commute into the Tampa office 2 days each week (Tuesday & Wednesday)
Preferred
BDR/SDR or call-heavy sales experience preferred, but not required
Comfort working with SaaS products, CRM tools and other sales technologies
