Bonaccord Capital Partners is seeking an experienced Paralegal in their midtown New York City office. The Paralegal’s responsibilities will span a wide variety of legal and compliance activities, working closely with the General Counsel and engaging in tasks that vary daily.

Responsibilities

Maintains and updates other corporate records, files and databases

Reviews, tracks, and updates investor database

Assists the General Counsel with drafting and reviewing certain legal contracts, correspondence and other documents

Assists the General Counsel on transactional work, including Fund entity formation and various financing transactions

Provides support related to litigation, mediation, arbitration, and responses to complaints

Assists the General Counsel and CCO with other day-to-day legal and compliance matters

Assists the General Counsel and CCO with Form ADV, Form PF, applicable State Blue Sky and other regulatory filings

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required

3+ years of experience as a paralegal or similar work at an asset manager, private fund, or similar

Bachelors degree required. Paralegal certification a plus

Proficiency using virtual data rooms to upload and organize documents

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Superb attention to detail, as well as organizational and multitasking skills
