Drive strategic credit policies, aggressive DSO/cash flow improvements, cutting-edge automation, and disciplined risk management across a high-volume, multi-continent portfolio
Oversee a talented team of ~30+ professionals (including offshore resources)
Mentor regional and leaders, and collaborate with executives to accelerate sales growth while safeguarding receivables
Qualification
Required
Leadership experience in credit, billing, collections, and cash application operations
Experience in driving strategic credit policies
Proven track record of improving DSO and cash flow
Experience with automation in credit and collections processes
Strong risk management skills
Ability to oversee and mentor a team of 30+ professionals
Experience collaborating with executives to accelerate sales growth
Willingness to work 100% on-site in Fort Worth
