State Procurement Administrator (Contract Administration Support)
Responsibilities
Conduct basic contract reviews to identify and address Personally Identifiable Information (PII) concerns
Prepare, post, and maintain contracts, RFQs, and procurement documentation on agency-approved online platforms
Respond to support tickets and phone inquiries by assessing issues, researching solutions, and providing timely resolution
Collaborate with internal requestors to guide them through procurement processes and resolve questions or challenges
Maintain accurate and well-organized records in compliance with agency policies, procedures, and timelines
Provide clear, professional communication to internal and external stakeholders
Deliver high-quality customer service while supporting procurement operations
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail, especially when handling contracts and sensitive information
Basic understanding of PII and compliance requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Comfort working with online systems, document platforms, and ticketing tools
Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Preferred
Prior experience in procurement, contract administration, or public sector operations
Familiarity with state procurement policies and procedures
Experience using ticketing systems or customer support platforms
Background working with government agencies or regulated environments
