MBO Partners is seeking an experienced Corporate VP of FP&A to deliver strategic finance leadership across a complex healthcare organization. This role involves overseeing a team of approximately 25 finance professionals and partnering closely with senior executives to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic FP&A leadership and oversight across system-wide healthcare operations
Lead business analysis, strategic planning, and decision support for senior business stakeholders
Oversee line-of-business reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Support finance transformation initiatives (hands-on transformation expertise not required, but familiarity is important)
Partner with business leaders on ad hoc analysis, reporting, and financial insights
Provide financial oversight and analysis related to joint ventures and relevant accounting standards (ASC considerations)
Coach, develop, and support a relatively junior FP&A team
Work closely with and report directly to the CFO

Required

VP Finance or CFO-level background with significant healthcare industry experience
Proven experience leading large FP&A teams in complex organizations
Strong executive presence with confident communication and presentation skills
Ability to influence senior stakeholders; comfortable operating with authority and independence
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and enterprise-level financial planning
NY metro–based and able to be onsite approximately three days per week
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
As a contractor, including remote contractors, you may be required to complete a background check
