Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of E-Discovery workflows, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Manage and mentor the E-Discovery team, fostering technical growth, operational excellence, and a culture of collaboration
Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Legal, Compliance, IT Security, and Enterprise Information Protection (EIP) stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of E-Discovery capabilities
Develop and maintain documentation, playbooks, and training materials for E-Discovery processes and technologies
Oversee the selection, deployment, and optimization of tools for electronic data identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, and production
Monitor key performance metrics and report on E-Discovery activities to management and stakeholders
Ensure all E-Discovery operations comply with internal policies, legal standards, and data protection regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
Significant experience in digital forensics, incident response, and E-Discovery, including leadership or management responsibilities
Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to E-Discovery and data protection
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Preferred
eDiscovery certifications (Certified E-Discovery Specialist, etc.)
Security certifications (CISSP, CCSP, GIAC, etc.)
PowerShell and SQL experience
