Responsibilities
Provide vision, leadership, and execution for Lexington's comprehensive fundraising strategy
Lead major gifts, annual campaigns, corporate sponsorships, grant proposals, and special events
Cultivate and steward meaningful relationships with donors, community partners, and board members
Drive philanthropic growth that strengthens programs, services, and long-term impact
Collaborate closely with executive leadership and the Lexington Foundation to advance strategic priorities
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Nonprofit Management
5–7 years of progressive experience in fundraising or development, ideally within the nonprofit sector
Demonstrated success in major gifts, grant writing and management, corporate sponsorships, annual campaigns, and special events
Strong computer skills
A valid New York State driver's license
The ability to travel throughout Albany, Fulton, and Schoharie counties
