Business Development Manager
Rubbercraft is looking for a Business Development Manager responsible for managing accounts within a defined sales territory. The role involves providing service to existing customers and targeting new accounts to ensure that GRW's strategic sales goals are met.

Responsibilities
Identify opportunities and potential of current and new accounts within GRW marketing strategy. Develop strategies and campaigns, makes sales presentations and sales calls
Manage a defined sales territory and work with GRW departments to achieve sales targets
Maintain relationship with accounts, communicate activities, and provide reports to customers and department. Handle customer inquiries and complaints. Refer issues for resolution
Update presentations for soliciting accounts to keep GRW in forefront of providing solutions for customer needs
Make recommendations to management for new sales initiatives
Provide monthly reports to management
Provide a high level of service to all internal and external customers. Contribute to positive teamwork environment
Maintain clean and safe work environment. Follow safety and environmental procedures and regulations. Report safety incidents to supervisor
Perform other duties as assigned. Accomplish related results as needed
Utilize extensive prior knowledge and experience within the assigned industry, is able to provide a higher level of performance to the above tasks
Qualification
Required
BS degree in Engineering / technical related field or related experience
5+ years of experience in a account management and business development role, preferrable within the medical industry
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Proven negotiation and sales management capabilities
Excellent analytical thinking with solid business and commercial acumen
Proven capability to interact and communicate with senior and executive management
Effective communication skills, including listening, verbal, written, and presentation abilities
Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Sound decision-making skills and proactive initiative
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Strong time management and organizational skills
Valid driver's license
Travel: 60-80%
