The role involves ensuring prompt delivery and pick up of mail, providing administrative support, and assisting department leaders with special projects.

Responsibilities
Receive and accurately sort all incoming and outgoing mail, overnight and courier mail daily and packages daily
Requests special deliveries and pick-up with courier services
Assist internal customers and questions regarding mail codes, lost or misplaced interoffice mail, UPS, Airborne, and Fed Express tracking, etc
Keeping the mailroom organized, stocked, and clean, including ordering supplies and maintaining equipment
Insure couriers are picking up and delivering the interoffice mail on time
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail documents
Update bad addresses on returned mail
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Typing skills and windows-based skills, Excel, and Word
Fantastic problem solver and multitasker
Ability to maintain composure with customers while striving toward superior customer service
Self-motivated and detail oriented with strong decision-making skills
Ability to work in a high-functioning team environment
Skilled at multi-tasking and prioritizing effectively
Passionate about work and exceeding goals
Strong leadership skills
Strong ability to identify areas of opportunity and be responsive to address these needs
Must be comfortable working on site and have availability weekdays from 7am-4pm
