Senior Manager, ENHERTU Marketing

Responsibilities

Facilitates development and execution of ENHERTU HER2+ HCP promotional plan
Collaborates closely and provides strategic direction to cross-functional groups (e.g. Insights, Access, Medical, Sales, Training, Regulatory) for the development and implementation of both strategic and execution plans
Develops and delivers key presentations on ENHERTU HCP promotions to leadership and sales team
Participate in the annual operational planning process by assisting in shaping the tactical plan and budget required to achieve the patient-stated objectives
Support management of partner agency relationships, workflow and related expense budgets
Ensure legal/regulatory compliance and medical accuracy of all HCP marketing materials

Required

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3-5 years of marketing/sales and/or extensive clinical experience

Ability to operate effectively in a rapidly evolving and competitive marketplace
Demonstrate a high level of integrity in decision-making
Act decisively and quickly while aligning with multiple stakeholders

Preferred

Understanding of U.S. Oncology landscape including Community oncology and Hospital oncology dynamics, patient journey, Specialty Pharmacy stakeholders
Oncology or specialty care experience highly preferred
Launch, management, and customer-facing experience
Experience building and integrating new capabilities that are relevant for launch success
Experience working in commercial alliance/partnership environment
