Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive web pages, landing pages, and email templates using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubSpot CMS
Customize HubSpot modules, themes, and workflows to support marketing and sales initiatives and overall departments
Build dynamic and interactive UI components aligned with brand guidelines
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to implement web-based solutions
Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for speed and SEO
Manage HubSpot integrations, forms, tracking codes, and automation features
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across all platforms
Qualification
Required
2 - 4 years of experience
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Hands-on experience with HubSpot COS/CMS (mandatory)
Experience in building HubSpot templates, custom modules, and workflows
Understanding of responsive design frameworks and modern UI/UX principles
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred
Knowledge of HubSpot APIs and integrations
Experience with Git or other version control systems
Understanding of marketing automation concepts
Relevant certifications in HubSpot or front-end development are a plus
