This role is essential to improving efficiency and supporting Managers and Project Managers by taking ownership of scheduling, customer engagement, administrative coordination, and day-to-day operational support.

Customer & Technician Scheduling
Experience coordinating directly with customers and field technicians
Ability to manage, confirm, and adjust schedules in a fast-paced environment
High-Volume Multitasking
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities, tasks, and stakeholders
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Front-Office & Team Support
Comfortable taking inbound calls and assisting with customer requests
Providing support to internal teams, coordinating office needs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Right-Hand Support to Managers & PMs
Acting as a trusted partner to leadership
Anticipating needs and driving follow-through on critical tasks
Qualification
Required
