Audit Specialist - Property & Casualty

Responsibilities

Client Support. You will provide customer support via phone and digital channels, including but not limited to answering client questions and concerns related to business coverage, rates, and working closely with clients and carriers to endorse coverage dependent on business needs or audit findings. You will review complex audit accounts to identify the root cause of issues and work with our insurance carriers on disputes, discrepancies, and audit variance reasons. You will also work closely with insurance carriers to ensure accuracy of all information and strive to ensure quick and accurate resolutions for audit cases. You will contact clients to review their account and explain the source of the discrepancy, de-escalate the issue, discuss next steps and answer any questions
Investigate. You will investigate, research, analyze, and resolve complex client audit issues and advise clients based on ADP and insurance product knowledge
Learn. You will continually upgrade your knowledge on the insurance industry and ADP products inclusive of payroll
Consult. You’ll identify and provide recommendations on additional lines of coverage and agency-managed benefits administration tools. You will do this by developing and maintaining effective written and verbal communication to ensure satisfaction and world class service. Reduction of audit variance accompanied by stellar client consultations is the main goal

Qualification

Required

At least two years of experience in the insurance industry
Must have the appropriate Property & Casualty producers license within 30 days of employment. ADP will support successful candidates in the testing process
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job
