Iron Inspection Technician
Intervention Energy Services is a fast-growing inspection leader supporting frac crews across various basins. As an Iron Inspection Technician, you will inspect, test, and rebuild iron used in hydraulic fracturing operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining accurate records for certification.

Responsibilities
Conduct visual inspections and non-destructive testing (NDT) on frac iron, manifolds, treating iron, flowlines, and frac stacks
Perform hydrostatic pressure testing and ultrasonic thickness checks to validate equipment safety under high-pressure frac conditions
Perform equipment rebuilds, banding, blasting, and painting as needed to prepare frac iron and flowline components for redeployment
Ensure all work complies with API and ISO standards for iron inspection, frac safety, and wellsite operations
Maintain accurate records for customer frac crews and operators, ensuring all certification is traceable and up to date
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical aptitude
Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to work safely under pressure in fast-paced frac environments
Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs and stand for long periods of time
Preferred
Familiarity with frac site operations, frac crew workflows, and pressure pumping safety practices is a plus but not required
Knowledge of compliance standards is a plus
