Qualification
Required
Outstanding communication skills
Demonstrated history of effectively managing intricate infrastructure projects from start to finish
Experience in project management activities including Project Integration Management, Project Scope Management, Project Time Management, Project Cost Management, Human Resource Management, Project Communication Management, Risk Project Management, and Project Procurement Management
Proficiency in MS Project
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Ability to develop project charters and management plans
Experience in defining project scope and creating work breakdown structures
Ability to estimate costs and manage project budgets
Experience in risk management and stakeholder management
Preferred
Fluent in Korean
