Senior LevelAllCare Primary & Immediate Care is looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician who values precision, expertise, and clinical excellence. The role involves providing patient-centered primary care, managing acute and chronic conditions, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
Provide accurate, patient-centered primary care to a primarily adult population
Perform routine physical exams, including Pap smears, with attention to detail
Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practices
Deliver clear, data-driven wellness and preventive counseling
Manage episodic/urgent concerns typical of a primary care setting
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support measurable quality outcomes
Review labs, imaging, and clinical documentation promptly and thoroughly
Complete EMR charting within 72 hours using efficient, streamlined documentation tools
Comfortably see ~2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
Maintain professionalism and effective communication with patients and staff
Qualification
Required
Valid and unrestricted Medical License in Maryland (MD)
Board Certification, if applicable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong dedication to providing compassionate patient care
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
