New Grad, Entry LevelMarquis Companies is a family of senior care facilities seeking a Staffing Assistant to join their team. The role involves assisting the Staffing Directors in creating schedules and ensuring adequate staffing for resident care, while also maintaining employee records and communicating policy changes.

Responsibilities
Assist the ALF and PAR Staffing Directors in creating schedules that properly facilitates care for the residents every day
Creating/maintaining the schedule for the facility
Ensuring the appropriate number of staff are working for each shift per day
Maintaining the employee database/directory
Communicating compliance changes in policies to personnel
Assisting the Staffing Director as needed
Rotating on-call responsibilities via phone every other weekend
Qualification
Required
Ability to build positive relationships with staff and co-workers
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Must be organized, with the ability to multitask
Preferred
Staffing experience not required - paid training opportunities available!
