Responsibilities
Support tax compliance activities including federal, state, and indirect tax filings (VAT exposure a plus)
Prepare and review tax-related journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Assist with quarterly and annual tax provision calculations in accordance with GAAP
Monitor updates to tax laws and assess impact on the business
Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to provide documentation and support
Partner with the finance team during month-end and year-end close processes
Strengthen internal controls and recommend improvements to tax reporting procedures
Contribute to process development as the organization continues to scale globally
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of experience in public accounting-tax, or corporate accounting
CPA is strongly desired
Strong understanding of GAAP and tax compliance principles
Experience with ERP/accounting tools (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar) and advanced Excel
Preferred
International business or multi-entity experience strongly preferred
