This role involves providing strategic insights and recommendations to support the Global GenAI Startups Sales and Solutions Architecture teams, while leading cross-functional initiatives and driving operational planning processes.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate must be able to roll-up their sleeves, and work directly with the models/data
They will be passionate about their work, detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem-solving abilities
They will be experienced at working with large data sets and the technical tools needed to work with them
They will have great communication and customer-relationship skills, strong analytical insights, and be a passionate advocate for their customers to other internal stakeholders
Active collaboration with leadership in AWS Sales, Solutions Architect, Business Development, Finance, Marketing, Recruiting, Compensation, Services, and other Operations teams will be crucial to the effective execution of the responsibilities
They will drive towards simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems, have excellent project-management skills, and be able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc
Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
Preferred
Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
Experience presenting to senior leadership
