Responsibilities
Define and evolve Cato’s brand strategy, narrative, and positioning
Own brand architecture, visual identity, and messaging frameworks
Elevate creative quality and design standards across marketing
Lead and develop brand, design, and creative teams
Partner with PMM, Demand, and Digital to ensure brand consistency in execution
Establish brand guidelines, governance, and guardrails
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative, or design leadership
Proven experience building and scaling a B2B brand
Strong strategic thinking combined with creative judgment
Experience influencing senior executives and cross-functional leaders
Preferred
Experience in cybersecurity a plus
