Help Desk Support Technician
Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence. They are seeking a Help Desk Support Technician to resolve technical problems and support customer queries related to computer hardware, software, and telecommunications systems.

Responsibilities
Resolves technical problems and answers queries by telephone in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems
Diagnoses, identifies, isolates and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records. May route calls to product line specialists
Maintains and updates records and tracking databases
Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems
Performs basic PC, PBX, and network software programming
Qualification
Required
Requires High School diploma plus some advanced training
Minimum of 3 years
Requires an active TS/SCI level clearance
