They are seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to optimize customer engagement through smart segmentation and personalized touchpoints, enhancing the journey from first purchase to long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities
Build and optimize customer journeys across email, SMS, and lifecycle channels
Create segmentation, triggers, and automations that increase repeat purchases
Launch and manage lifecycle campaigns from welcome to win-back
Analyze cohorts and customer behavior to surface growth opportunities
Test messaging, timing, and offers to improve conversion and retention
Partner with Growth, Content, VIP, and Data to deliver cohesive customer experiences
Qualification
Required
4–7 years in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or engagement marketing
Strong segmentation, cohort analysis, and experimentation skills and ability to build and optimize automated flows
Strong copywriting and messaging instincts across lifecycle channels
Experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, or high-frequency purchase cycles
AI-literate and comfortable using tools to automate workflows and accelerate execution
Preferred
Experience in live shopping, creator marketplaces, ecommerce, sports, and/or TCG
