Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to 5–6 senior executives
Coordinate office upkeep, including stocking snacks, refreshments, and maintaining common areas
Prepare conference rooms for executive meetings
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Process expense reports using Concur
Assist with limited travel coordination as needed using company-approved platforms
Support general office operations to ensure smooth daily workflow
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Senior Administrative professional
Prior experience supporting executive-level leadership
Hands-on experience with expense reporting (Concur required)
Proficiency in Outlook; familiarity with online travel booking tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
