Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable function, including three local specialists and 35 plus outsourced specialists
Oversee billing, collections, and cash application processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Monitor accounts receivable aging and implement strategies to reduce days sales outstanding
Partner with Sales and Operations to resolve billing issues and support timely collections
Develop, document, and maintain accounts receivable policies and procedures
Prepare monthly accounts receivable reporting and support audit requests as needed
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen controls, efficiency, and scalability within AR operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance, or related field
5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles
2+ years of experience managing AR teams, or a related management role
Strong knowledge of GAAP and AR best practices
Preferred
Experience in Pest Control or other service-based industries
Familiarity with FieldRoutes (fka PestRoutes) or other Operations Suite software
Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition under US GAAP
Knowledge of collections laws and compliance standards
