Responsibilities
Create, manage, and track all project deliverables including project charters, schedules, status reports, and stage gates
Manage integrated project schedules covering tasks, owners, dependencies, and cross-functional activities
Proactively identify resource constraints, risks, and issues; drive mitigation plans and escalation as needed
Maintain and manage RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) ensuring timely resolution and clear documentation
Facilitate project execution using JIRA in partnership with implementation teams, leveraging Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing technology-driven projects within Commercial or Medical Affairs organizations
Hands-on experience delivering projects related to medical or commercial technology platforms (e.g., MedInfo, SciMax, DataVision, AI-driven content or analytics, Master Data Management)
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Experience working cross-functionally with business, IT, and external stakeholders
Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills
