Responsibilities
Recording daily financial transactions with accuracy
Maintaining and reconciling accounts, ledgers, and bank statements
Preparing invoices, track payments, and manage accounts payable/receivable
Generating financial reports to support decision-making
Collaborating with the team to ensure compliance and smooth operations
Keeping clean, well-organized financial records
Supporting audits and tax preparation when needed
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills (Your “clients” include both Skymount and out stakeholders)
Solid experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably with general real estate bookkeeping exposure
QuickBooks Certification (required) and strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting systems
Self-discipline, excellent time management, and resilience under deadlines
A strong problem-solving-mindset, because you won't just enter numbers, you'll help identify financial issues, propose solutions, and work alongside leadership to keep projects on track
Ability to work at least 6 hours per day on the night shift
Confidence in working independently while communicating clearly and collaborating with the team when needed
Preferred
Familiarity with classes and projects in QuickBooks (huge plus)
Desktop/Laptop (i5 or Ryzen 5+, 8GB RAM minimum)
Dual monitors for multitasking
Windows 10 or newer
Stable internet connection (75+MBPS + backup connection)
Noise cancelling headset
Quiet, dedicated home office
