Responsibilities
Create and manage detailed BIM models using Revit
Execute Scan to BIM and CAD to BIM conversions with high accuracy
Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models for seamless integration
Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project workflows
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for design development and documentation
Conduct clash detection and BIM coordination using Navisworks
Deliver precise drawings, schedules, and data for construction documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
2–5 years of experience in architectural BIM modeling and documentation
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Scan to BIM workflows
Experience in CAD to BIM, Point Cloud modeling, and BIM coordination
Strong understanding of architectural detailing, building systems, and construction processes
Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or Twinmotion is an advantage
