Employee Relations Intern

Assist the Employee Relations team in drafting discipline letters, transcribing investigative and fact-finding recordings, and assisting in drafting reports
Assist in answering questions from the Employee Relations mail box
Assist in maintaining the OSHA log and reporting incidents into the system

Required

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Interest in state-level public health policy and practice
