Senior Sales Account Executive

Cupshe is a company dedicated to providing stylish and inclusive swimsuits at affordable prices. They are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Account Executive to develop partnerships with 3rd party wholesalers and manage sales and profit revenues through prospecting new customers and maintaining existing relationships.

Responsibilities

Manage a pipeline of qualified leads and build relationships with prospective customers. Research and reach out to prospects through cold calling, email outreach, social selling or networking events, including trade shows, to introduce Cupshe’s brand and products. Educate and guide prospects throughout the buying process. Regularly follow-up with qualifying leads and conduct product presentations
Work with existing assigned accounts to retain and grow their business. Conduct regular account reviews to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to adapt or develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client
Promptly respond to client emails, inquiries, and requests for information. Perform regular check-in calls or meetings with clients to review project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback
Close business with new and existing customers while meeting designated targets
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments through market research. Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities or areas for growth
Proactively liaise with local US and overseas team to feedback problems found during business development, setup and cooperation, and facilitate improvements in an effective and timely manner

Required

Bachelor‘s degree or above
5+ years of working experience in apparel, fashion or retail industry
Strong communication, sales and business development skills, with a high sense of responsibility and teamwork awareness
Have strong data analysis skill and industry-related sensitivity
Excellent interpersonal, communication and business negotiation skills
Highly motivated, goal-oriented and critical thinking skills
Be able to adapt to the fast-paced working environment
Frequent business travel (more than 50%)

Preferred

Strong background in Swimwear (preferable)
Chinese speaking is nice to have
