Sentinel - Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (17531)

They are seeking a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst to utilize Earned Value Management principles to analyze and report on project performance while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company procedures.

Responsibilities
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data related to project costs, schedules, and performance
Prepares and presents comprehensive EVM reports to stakeholders, including variance analysis and forecasts
Identifies potential cost and schedule risks, issues, and recommends corrective actions
Ensures compliance with industry standards (e.g., ANSI/EIA-748, EVMS) and company procedures
Maintains the integrity of the EVMS and ensures its proper implementation
Provides guidance and training to project teams on EVM principles and best practices
Assists in the development and maintenance of programmatic budgets and financial plans
Participates in financial auditing and assessment of completed projects
Collaborates with program management, business management, scheduling, and technical teams
Experience in subcontractor compliance with EVM requirements which includes the integration of subcontract data into the prime contractor's EVMS and analyzes performance metrics to identify and address potential issues
Qualification
Required
Requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret Security Clearance
Requires a bachelor's degree with 5 years of related professional experience; 3 years with a master's degree; or 9 years of related experience may be accepted with a HS Diploma (or equivalent) in lieu of a degree
Requires experience with MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel(including Pivot tables, V-look Up, VBA and/or Macros)
Requires experience with EVMS Software (i.e., SAP, SAP BW, Deltek Cobra, Open Plan, MPM, Acumen One IWO, Primavera P6)
Requires a minimum 1 year experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) Principals and applying Earned Value Techniques in an Aerospace & Defense environment; EVM Certification will be accepted in lieu of one year experience
Requires experience managing and analyzing project costs using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Preferred
Active DoD Secret level security clearance (with the investigation in the past 6 years)
Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling
Experience with Excel (including Pivot tables, Vlook Up, VBA and Macros)
Experience with EVMS Software (i.e., SAP, SAP BW, Deltek Cobra, Open Plan, MPM, Acumen One IWO, Primavera P6)
3 or more years' experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) Principals and applying Earned Value Techniques in an Aerospace & Defense environment
Experience managing and analyzing project costs using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Experience supporting contracts with EVMS requirements
Proficiency in Power BI, and data visualization tool
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
