Responsibilities

Provide high-quality support to Account Managers and fleet drivers across a variety of customer needs
Assist with vehicle ordering, service inquiries, and unique customer issues (e.g., impounded vehicles), while educating drivers on processes and future requirements
Research and resolve customer cases by identifying the root cause and developing solutions—often requiring creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
Collaborate extensively with multiple internal departments
Communicate daily with internal and external customers via Microsoft Teams, email, and phone
Manage a high volume of customer emails and cases using Salesforce CRM
Make outbound follow-up calls to customers as needed
Accurately enter and update customer data while multitasking during live conversations
Utilize internal systems to complete tasks such as creating vehicle selectors, processing billing updates, generating reports, distributing insurance cards, and making driver data changes
Reach out to drivers by phone or email to obtain missing information and ensure case completion

Required

2+ years of office-based customer service experience
Strong written communication skills and excellent grammar
Proficiency in English with the ability to draft clear, professional responses
Strong computer aptitude and ability to navigate multiple databases and systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and basic Excel
Ability and willingness to learn new Excel skills as needed
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM; typing test required)
High School Diploma or equivalent
