Responsibilities
You will own the entire vertical slice—frontend, backend, infrastructure—because you cannot own the outcome if you do not own the stack
You will not consume tickets. You will consume missions
When we say 'Mobile retention is down—use the notification layer to fix it,' you figure out the button, the API, the logic, and the analytics
You will use code as a tool for thinking
You will explain a database deadlock to the CEO in terms of revenue risk, and explain a business pivot to a junior dev in terms of schema changes
Qualification
Required
You have a high tolerance for ambiguity
You optimize for impact, not elegance
You are a full-stack operator
You ship production systems
You are allergic to process theater
