Responsibilities
Perform hands-on carpentry and lead jobsite construction activities
Supervise and mentor carpentry crews and subcontractors
Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
Ensure top-tier quality and compliance with safety and building standards
Coordinate with Project Managers to meet timelines and budget targets
Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot construction challenges
Communicate daily progress and maintain clean, organized jobsites
Qualification
Required
Experience running job sites or acting as a custom residential superintendent required
5+ years of carpentry experience (custom homes preferred)
2+ years in a leadership role (Lead Carpenter, Foreman, or Superintendent)
Strong knowledge of framing, finish work, and jobsite safety practices
Ability to manage teams and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
Familiarity with residential building codes and OSHA standards
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Based in or willing to relocate to Grand Junction, CO
