They are seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance & Operations to lead the company’s financial management and operational execution, working closely with the CEO and Board.

Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Develop and oversee financial models, unit economics, and performance metrics
Prepare management reports, board materials, and investor updates
Support fundraising activities, investor relations, and strategic transactions
Establish internal financial controls, accounting policies, and reporting standards
Build and optimize core operational processes across finance, compliance, and internal operations
Partner with legal and compliance teams to support regulatory requirements (U.S. and international, as applicable)
Oversee vendor management, operational risk, and cost efficiency initiatives
Support scaling of systems, tools, and workflows as the company grows
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team
Manage and mentor finance and operations team members (internal or outsourced)
Collaborate with product, trading, technology, and compliance teams to align execution with business strategy
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in finance, operations, or a combination of both
Proven track record in financial planning, operational scaling, and executive-level reporting
Strong understanding of U.S. regulatory and compliance environments
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-moving environment
Excellent communication skills and executive presence
Preferred
Prior experience in fintech, financial services, asset management, crypto, or digital assets strongly preferred
Experience working with venture-backed or private equity–backed companies
