Responsibilities
Lead GTM discovery with new and existing clients and lead a GTM Engineering Team
Identify ICP, buyer, triggers, channels, and offers that actually create conversations
Challenge weak positioning, bad assumptions, and vanity metrics
Define what success looks like and keep clients aligned to it while also expanding the account
Build outbound strategies across email, phone, LinkedIn, and custom channels
Decide who to target, why now, and with what message
Design campaign structure, sequencing, and testing roadmap
Translate abstract client goals into concrete outbound plays
Hand off clear, actionable GTM plans to the GTME team
Ensure GTMEs understand the 'why' behind the strategy, not just the tasks
Review performance with GTMEs and adjust strategy based on real data
Act as the final strategic decision-maker when tradeoffs are required
Be the strategic point of contact for clients
Run regular strategy reviews and performance discussions to expand services
Reframe poor results into insight and next actions
Maintain confidence and authority in high-pressure conversations
Qualification
Required
2+ years in B2B GTM, outbound, sales strategy, or revenue roles
Direct experience designing outbound or sales motion strategies
Client-facing experience with senior stakeholders
Strong understanding of ICP design, buyer psychology, and outbound economics
Familiarity with tools like Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Bison, or similar is a must
Preferred
Agency or consulting background
Experience working with GTM engineers or RevOps teams
