Responsibilities
Perform detailed financial analysis to support business proposals, pricing decisions, and profitability assessments
Build and maintain comprehensive P&L models, forecasts, and sensitivity analyses
Consolidate cost and revenue inputs from multiple stakeholders to deliver accurate financial projections
Review commercial terms and support financial considerations for negotiations
Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with operating teams
Analyze operating targets and key performance indicators to assess business unit performance
Prepare variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast
Develop and enhance financial reports to support senior management decision‑making
Identify opportunities to improve profitability through financial analysis and process enhancements
Assist with financial and operational reviews, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Support ad‑hoc financial analysis projects across the organization as needed
Prepare clear, presentation‑ready materials using charts, tables, and written analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial analyst or FP&A role, including P&L and KPI analysis
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Access
Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to management and cross‑functional teams
Strong problem‑solving, judgment, and time‑management skills
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree with a focus on Finance or Operations Management
Experience supporting financial analysis in operational, manufacturing, supply chain, or transportation‑related environments
Familiarity with enterprise financial systems and reporting tools
