Understanding of cloud computing and IT infrastructure
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access; Microsoft Outlook; Adobe Acrobat Writer
Experience documenting modern data platforms, APIs, pipelines, or cloud-native engineering workflows
Demonstrated experience with Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake, ELT architectures, or public health data systems
