Responsibilities

Prepare business requirements and functional specifications for Finance regulatory reporting system change initiatives
Understand data sources and the relationships with the general ledger and data warehouse
Manage testing phases and reconcile source data
Develop interim solutions for regulatory reporting issues
Review regulatory reports against risk reports for accuracy and completeness
Analyze system data flows to identify and resolve issues
Collaborate with the Data Group Office to document and address data quality issues
Identify and analyze internal control issues related to reporting weaknesses

Required

10+ years of financial/regulatory and/or accounting experience
Knowledge of U.S. regulatory reporting objectives and content
5+ years of experience in issue escalation, root cause analysis, and preventive measures development
3+ years of experience with capital markets products
Understanding of business risks and internal controls

Preferred

Familiarity with Axiom application development life cycle methodologies
Familiarity with FR-Y15 reporting
CPA certification preferred
