Responsibilities
Own features end-to-end—from database schema to API handler to React component to polish
Prototype on localhost. Make it fast. Deploy to production behind a feature flag. Get user feedback. Repeat
When you see something broken—a UI bug, a slow query, unclear copy—you fix it
Work closely with senior architects who design the systems
Qualification
Required
You ship fast. You think fast, type fast, and iterate fast. You'd rather deploy something imperfect today than something perfect never. You know that code in production teaches you more than code in review
You build things outside of work. You have side projects, experiments, or a GitHub full of half-finished ideas. You code because you enjoy it, not just because you're paid to
You prefer building to process. You're skeptical of ceremonies that don't produce artifacts. You want lightweight coordination that stays out of your way, not theater
You take initiative. When facing ambiguity, you prototype first and ask questions second. You don't wait for permission to fix things
Full-Stack Feature Delivery: Own features end-to-end—from database schema to API handler to React component to polish. We don't split 'frontend' and 'backend.' You ship complete features
The Velocity Loop: Prototype on localhost. Make it fast. Deploy to production behind a feature flag. Get user feedback. Repeat. Your job is to minimize the time between idea and learning

Architect Partnership: Work closely with senior architects who design the systems. They solve 'how should this work?' You solve 'how do I ship this by Friday?'
