Marketing Traffic Specialist
Lakeshore College is seeking a Marketing Traffic Specialist responsible for overseeing the workflow of marketing projects to ensure on-time completion. This role involves utilizing project management software, maintaining vendor relations, and supporting the marketing department with various tasks including event planning and procurement of branded items.

Responsibilities
Monitor Projects through Project Management Software
Monitor, route, and track projects in project management software to ensure they are completed on time and on budget
Add marketing requests and assign roles in project management software
Review project status during weekly team meetings
Develop and monitor digital production calendar
Become a subject-matter-expert in project management software to set up systems, archive projects, train employees, and develop procedures
Assist in writing the Lenny’s Spot Newsletter utilizing email software
Maintain internal platform updates
Assist in proofing long-form print and digital collaterals
Assist with Halloween Celebration or other campus event planning
Assist in placing print ads, copy center orders, and disseminating collaterals
Maintain the Media Kits from print, digital, and signage vendors
Participate in college committees as needed and provide input to the direction of college marketing initiatives
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree from a regionally accredited college or university in a related discipline required
Two to four years of relevant occupational experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent written, proofing, and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Effective interpersonal skills and customer service skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Adapt quickly to new and changing technology
Perform work accurately and thoroughly, with a high level of accountability and attention to detail
Work independently, as part of a team, and/or with minimal supervision
Present self in a professional, ethical, and respectful manner at all times
Use discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality
Prioritize and manage multiple projects or tasks, maintaining deadlines
Establish and maintain effective working relationships and relate successfully with staff, students, and all stakeholders
Employment conditional on completion of a Background Information Disclosure (BID) with the results acceptable to the College
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Certification(s) in project management software preferred
Experience with project management software, SMARTSHEET preferred, not required
