Responsibilities
Lead and architect large-scale cloud migration and modernization programs to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Design enterprise-grade cloud application architectures and distributed systems
Provide technical leadership across DevOps, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native deployments
Architect and implement containerized solutions using GKE, Cloud Run, and Docker
Design and govern API strategies using Apigee API Management
Ensure best practices for IAM, networking (VPC, Interconnect, load balancing), and cloud security
Collaborate with development teams using GitHub workflows and modern DevOps practices
Act as a customer-facing technical leader, presenting architecture, guiding decisions, and ensuring delivery excellence
Mentor architects and engineers and contribute to cloud architecture standards and governance
Qualification
Required
15+ years of overall IT experience with strong architecture and service delivery background
6+ years of hands-on experience leading cloud migration and modernization initiatives on GCP
Strong hands-on expertise in cloud architecture, distributed systems, and DevOps automation
Hands-on development experience with Java and C#
Google Professional Cloud Architect Certification (mandatory)
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
