Responsibilities

Champion and lead effective onboarding processes that ensure a seamless and welcoming integration to the organization that promotes a strong sense of belonging quickly and continues to drive high engagement
Drive the implementation of key programmes of work into region and be a trusted advisor on all things ‘people’ to coach and support leaders to confidently navigate people processes through the full employee lifecycle

Required

Strong HR Generalist experience

Enthusiasm to contribute new ideas and fresh thinking
