Responsibilities
Provide empathetic, solution‑focused service in every interaction
Contact members by phone, written communication, and occasional in‑person meetings
Deescalate difficult conversations and resolve issues professionally
Maintain timely, accurate documentation of all member interactions
Partner with internal teams to create and implement compliant member solutions
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
Two+ years of experience in collections, lending, or a related field
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle sensitive conversations
Attention to detail and strong prioritization skills
A member‑focused mindset with a passion for helping others
