Responsibilities
Accurately enter customer orders and verify all details for completeness and accuracy
Validate orders, resolve exceptions, and address pricing discrepancies
Handle order-related inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly
Maintain accurate records of orders, purchase orders, and confirmations
Monitor open orders and process credits, cancellations, and purchase order revisions
Manage customer requests related to returns, exchanges, and order modifications
Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order processing
Respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding orders, products, and services
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or a related field
Familiarity with ERP and order processing systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, CRM platforms)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Patience, empathy, and a professional demeanor
Strong problem-solving abilities
High accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in supply chain, retail, or manufacturing environments
