Office Assistant

The Michaels Organization is a national leader in residential real estate offering full-service capabilities in development, property management, construction, and investment. They are seeking an Office Assistant to assist with the ongoing operations of the office, including phone answering, clerical duties, and supporting the Community Manager.

Real Estate

Responsibilities

Answer phones, retrieve messages, follow-up with call backs from answering service
Faxing, filing, mailing notices, letters and handouts to residents and applicants
Initiate, track and close work orders utilizing systems for property
Assist Community Manager with ordering office supplies for property when necessary
Show vacant units to prospective tenants if required
Report all incidents and emergencies to Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager
Assist Assistant Community Manager and/or Community Manager with other tasks and duties as required

Qualification

Clerical office experienceOrganizational skillsProfessional appearance

Required

6 months or more clerical office experience
High School Diploma
Must have excellent organizational skills
Must present professional business appearance
