Manage daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and teams to ensure projects stay on schedule
Monitor work quality and enforce safety and environmental compliance throughout all phases
Maintain detailed daily logs of activities, materials, visitors, and issues on-site
Travel between multiple job sites, balancing workloads and resolving conflicts efficiently
Lead by example to keep job sites organized, clean, and compliant with waste disposal and environmental standards

Required

Associate degree or a minimum of 3 years of field construction experience with strong time management skills
