Mid, Senior LevelSeminal Artist Group is seeking a talented and highly motivated Creative Designer to support their franchising initiatives. The role involves developing visually compelling, on-brand creative assets and collaborating closely with the Creative Director to meet the needs of franchise partners across multiple locations.

Responsibilities
Design and produce high-quality creative assets for franchising initiatives, including marketing collateral, brand materials, digital assets, and templates
Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain consistency across franchise partners
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to translate concepts and requirements into effective visual solutions
Adapt and scale designs for various franchise needs while preserving brand integrity
Utilize AI tools to improve creative workflows, efficiency, and innovation
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Communicate clearly with internal teams and stakeholders, providing updates and incorporating feedback effectively
Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Mid to expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)
Strong experience using AI design tools and AI-assisted creative workflows
Excellent eye for design, layout, typography, and color
Ability to work within established brand systems while bringing creative ideas to the table
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Prior experience working in a creative agency or studio is preferred
Experience working on franchising or multi-location brands
Motion graphics or light video editing experience
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media design
