The role involves sourcing, screening, and engaging healthcare professionals, as well as managing candidate records and supporting recruiters.

Responsibilities
Source, screen, and engage healthcare professionals such as nurses, allied health staff, and clinical or non-clinical healthcare workers
Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit
Coordinate interviews, credentialing, and onboarding processes
Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment databases
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and next steps
Support recruiters and account managers with pipeline management and hiring progress
Follow client-specific hiring requirements, compliance, and documentation standards
Contribute to process improvements, reporting, or sourcing strategies as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing (healthcare experience preferred but varies by opportunity)
Familiarity with sourcing, screening, and candidate management workflows
Experience using ATS, CRM, or recruitment platforms
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
High attention to detail, especially when handling candidate information and compliance-related documents
Ability to work independently and reliably in a remote setup with a stable internet connection
