Responsibilities
International sales and account management for allocated customers of customized and standard components, optical systems and solutions Life Science & Medical EMEA (LS&M) with focus on Nordic region (Scandinavia, Baltikum)
Business development (acquisition of new customers and/ or new projects with existing customers) for the Nordic region
Identify customer needs and expectations, elaborate tailored customer solutions in cooperation with the business segments; Evaluation, creation and processing of customer quotations
Continuous customer management (leading price and contract negotiations as well as handling the information flow between the customers and the internal organisation)
Screening of critical new market and technology trends as well as evaluation of (new) customers and customers´ requirements in the focus markets
Responsible for the monitoring of the order management and turnover process for the assigned account base
Qualification
Required
Successfully completed technical or business degree or comparable qualification
Experience in international sales or business development, ideally in the fields of life science, optics or high-tech
Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills
Independent, structured and solution‑oriented working style
Good English skills
Preferred
Preferred location: Sweden or Denmark (home-based)
